Anthematic melodies, memorable hooks, and introspective lyrics are the foundation of Beautiful Criminal's unique, and Radio friendly sound. The bands unmistakable sound was born out of the friendship of two artists searching to find the a common expression of art and faith in music.

Many describe the music as having the melodic backbone of Coldplay set against U2 style guitars. Songwriter Nate Picard cites Augustana among is favorite influential bands. Other influences include Angels & Airwaves, Snow Patrol, The Fray, Dredge, One Republic, Lifehouse, Foo Fighters, Death Cab for Cutie, Mutemath and Radiohead.

Singer/songwriter Nathan Picard has spent the last decade touring nationally, and making a name for himself in the rigorous Los Angeles music scene. His songs have been featured on such TV shows as Criminal Minds, MTV's Road Rules, Kyle XY, and Army wives. He has shared the stage with such acts as Jewel, Three Doors Down, The Calling, and Lenny Kravitz. Local acclaim resulted in many live guest appearences on Colorado's own Magic 98.9 fm. His songwriting has been raved about by Music Connection magazine's "Number 1 Demo of the Year" and the "Hot 100 Unsigned Artist of the year".

Producer/Guitarist Kip Haynes is an LA studio performer and session musician, who has produced and performed with countless Bands, Artists, and Singers in Los Angeles and the East Coast. He has toured relentlessly in the U.S. and Europe. As a talented musician and producer, Kip has an amazing ability to intensify emotion, and create enigmatic and unforgettable melodies on the guitar.

Drummer Kelly King has quickly made a name for himself in the LA music scene. Working with artists like Rihanna, Stevie Scott(American Idol), and George Lynch, he now lends his talents to Beautiful Criminal. A self described groove drummer, he cites Dave Grol, Keith Moon, and Stuart Copeland as influences.
