Hailing from the weather-stacked, leaf-beaten hills of Vermont, Taylor Smith (who records under the moniker T. W., probably to avoid the Swift thing) is an engagingly poetic indie-folkster who sometimes wishes he were a mad, electro-experimental, nu-wave, grunge-core, post-music soundscapist instead. Thankfully for the rest of us, none of that is apparent in his actual songs. Much.

He has been described as: âpiercingly honestâ â âwise beyond his yearsâ â âpretty interesting, yeahâ â âoh, that guyâ â and ââ¦who?â He believes strongly in autumn, T.S. Eliot, and the sounds of ice cracking in a glass of water.

He hopes you like his music, and even if you donât, he respectfully hopes you realize the value of having one more beautiful thing to dislike than before.
