About Chelsea Donoghue


Chelsea was 13 years of age when Now Youâre An Angel
and Watching You were recorded in 2008.

Now Youâre An Angel was written in memory of Chelseaâs brother David who sadly passed away as a result of a car accident. Although the song has personal meaning to Chelsea she hopes that other people may find some comfort in the song. Now Youâre An Angel is meant to be a healing song.

Chelsea is Australian and part of the proceeds from the sale of physical CDs will go to the Australian Red Cross Bush Fire Appeal. This Appeal helps those who lost their homes and livelihoods in the dreadful Victorian bush fires (Black Saturday).

Chelsea loves singing, playing the guitar and dancing. She began singing at 6 years of age. She has won many competitions. At 12 years of age she was publicly staging her own small concerts.

For the past 3 years, during the week before Christmas, Chelsea and her friend have busked in their local Shopping Mall. They have donated all of the money received to a Christmas Appeal that helps families in need at Christmas time. Chelsea has found this to be a very humbling and enjoyable experience.

Chelsea is currently working on some new songs and hopes to record them soon. Her motto in life is, to never give in, always strive for your very best.
