The beautiful sounds of Gozitan duo Chasing Pandora are delivered in to you via their EP âTIMEâ, out 3rd August on Tickety-Boo Records.

Having already accumulated a massive fan base in their homeland Malta, Chasing Pandora have appeared with the National Orchestra at Maltaâs largest auditorium MCC. Theyâve been awarded with a trio of hugely prestigious Malta Music Awards and were crowned with Best Newcomer status two months after the release of their debut single by the leading Maltese Radio Station Bay Radio. Guided by the experienced hand of their Manager and Producer Steve Brown (who also produced Elton Johnâs first album and for the last 25 years has managed Billy Connolly), Chasing Pandora, in the form of Keith Anthony and Melissa Portelli, are well on their way to reaching impressive heights in the UK, with this being their first official release there this summer to coincide with a string of live London dates.

Having lived through the brutal murder of her beloved brother as a teenager, Canadian born Melissa turned to songwriting and poetry in order to exercise some of the inconceivable pain and heartache she was experiencing at the time. It was this that got her through each hour and led to the haunting lyrics she is famed for to this day.

From growing up singing and playing in Church, to joining grunge band PL4Y, Keith brings not only an eclectic edge to the duoâs distinctive sound, but a sensitive, soulful one too.

With the amalgamation of Keithâs receptive, delicate guitar melodies and Melissaâs evocative song writing, Chasing Pandora are a force to be reckoned.
