David Rubin is a Montreal born singer songwriter with a distinct velvety voice, capable of singing songs in any musical genre.
David's father was a singer in big band The Heat Waves and so impressive that Cab Calloway asked him to join him on tour.
Citing influences from Frank Sinatra, Roy Orbison, Marty Robbins to the Rolling Stones and the Clash, David excels in many musical genres.
As a child, David was already entertaining audiences on seventeen episodes of Screen Gems Little People, hosted by Jack Barry, former quiz show host of Twenty One.
Prolific and passionate about his songwriting, David has written more than one hundred songs in a variety of musical genres and vocal styles.
David has made seven full-length albums and his songs have received airplay in America, Australia, New Zealand, Scotland, Ireland, England, Israel, Malta, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands and Canada.
