Joffry Arthur is born and raised in Amsterdam.
Allready at the age of six he became interested in playing the piano.He took serious lessons from the age of 9 till 18. After that he played many styles of music in different settings.
In the year 2005 he decided to rent a piano and record his first solo piano album at home and in a small church in Amsterdam. He had 6 month time to write the compositions for the CD.

Ambient piano is the name he has given to his music. His style of ambient piano is not only easy listening but makes you at ease: accessible, dreamy piano music. Music for daydreams, for relaxing, for lounging.
