The second CD from Washington, DC-based acoustic singer-songwriter Brandon Krueger takes an introspective journey about finding oneâs path. The album chronicles experiences as specific as concert attendance (âBig Soundâ) and jet ski accidents (âWater Taxiâ) and as general as communication challenges (âEcho Chamberâ and âWhat You Meanâ), isolation (âOff The Gridâ), regret (âDecompressâ and âStill In My Systemâ), and hope (âDaybreakâ and âTomorrowâ).
The album was written over the past 3 years and was recorded in Northern Virginia in March 2009 and includes only acoustic guitar and voice.
Influences include Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and Wilco.
