Review: Book Review, Copyright 2002, Jim Loy This is silly stuff. In some of these stories, Mike and Veronica took turns writing parts of the story, sometimes trying to ruin what the other was obviously planning. Most of these stories go off on bizarre tangents, the unexpected, the weird, the off the wall. Imagine a perfectly normal story, about perfectly normal people, when one of them is hit by a brick from the empty sky and goes crazy. Read about parties that go awry; marriages that go awry; a magic show that goes awry, an alien encounter that goes awry...And you may not believe the amazing Mrs. Monkey, I don't. This kind of silliness may not appeal to everyone. But quite a few of these stories are very good.
