NO4 is a local rap group out of New Orleans.There or five member's.Teddy Houston,Jermone Houston,Herbert Woods,Kiyle Beal and Darren Williams.They signed up with a independent Record Label called Top Of The World Entertainment South,that is ran by ceo and founder Wilbert C. Wrines who is also out of New Orleans.NO4 have A real hot sound they added a little southern flavor,east coast flavor,and west coast flavor.NO4 And Top Of The World Entertainment South started working on this cd in O5 but due to hurricane Katrina the Project came to a hult.The Group and the label was displaced,some were in Atlanta,Houston,Alexandria.But through a twist of faith the Group and the label got back together and finished the cd.That's why the group decided to name the cd It"s Bout Time and they all hope that whoever buy's the cd will enjoy it and be on the lookout for their up coming project.
