Sunny Heartley is a Composer, Multi-Instrumentalist, Recording Engineer, and Craftsman of his own line of Native American Style Flutes, which he uses âexclusivelyâ on his solo recordings with great pride. The Flute Line is extremely sucessful and growing all the time. Recently a âChakra Flute Setâ has been added to his line of flutes, which shows you how Sunny has set his intention to use these beautiful instruments as Healing Tools through the Music he creates.
This Multi-Faceted Musician has composed and recorded 14 CD projects over the last 10 years of his solo career and has been well received by fans of flute music and New Age music. Although Sunny's music career has spanned 35+ years, it is not until his recent decision to go SOLO, that his career has gone onward and upward. To the stars ,if you will!
Sunny's Keyboard skills and his ability to control his recording environment, give him ultimate flexibility and the time to create his music, music that spans all generas. The ability to heal through intentionality is what this music is intended was created for and a workshop series based on the 12 tone scale and the uses therein is what is covered in these two to three day workshops. The guidlines in the liner notes of the CD are a starting point for those of you who wish to have a beginning point of focus when you use the music for a meditation or your own personnal healing.
The concept of this CD follows the 12 Tone Chromatic Scale, which encompasses 12 points of healing. 7 of these points are the tradional Chakra Points, while the other 5 cover some of the Kabballah points linking the connection of the male and female aspects of our physical being. The Chakra Points also double as Kabballah Points as well. On my website there is an original sketch, which will be a full 5'X8'Painting I will be traveling with.
Conceptually the CD "The72 Names of God" comes from inspiration provided by a book by Yehuda Berg known as "The72 Names of God".What I did was to pick 6 of the appropriate "names" that would work with the intention and key of the song,and then chanted them, and deeply embedded them into the 12 Tracks on the CD. The Power of these Chants really showed themselves when a friend suggested that I leave out the chants and call the CD something else.So one evening while working on the Mix of 72 Names, I decided to mute the Chant Tracks to see what would happen...guess what! The energy of the songs fell flat and no spirit or life in them.Thus the Chants were left as they were and I will never alow anyone to ever influence my Intuitive Creativity ever again.
To me this CD is very pwerful and is receiving a very positive response everytime I play these peices live.
