Born- April 28, 1987
Childhood- Lived in Massapequa NY (town famous for other great guitarists including Brian Setzer of Stray Cats fame and Elliot Easton of the Cars and other famous names including Joey Buttafucco, Jessica Hahn, Jerry Seinfeld and the Baldwin Brothers) Moved to Melville, NY at age 10.
Rock Music Influences- raised on the Beatles and Lennon. Loves 60s-70s classic rock including Eric Clapton, Hendrix, Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd and Zeppelin. Later influences include Nirvana.
Musical Background- Began to hum/sing in the cradle, got his first drum set at age 6, father taught him guitar buying him his first Fender Stratocaster at age 10. Classical piano instruction, NYSSMA level 6. Played violin from 3-12th grade. Started writing songs at age 16. First band with Dan Roberts age 10. Attended sessions at Berklee College of Music.
Guitars Played- Electrics-Gibson ES-335 1963 reissue, Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS, Fender Precision Bass, Acoustic includes a Taylor 414ce Fall Edition, Carlo Robelli Ukulele, Also owns Fender Tex-Mex Strat and Travis Bean electrics, and a couple others.
