Since the age of 15, Keith has been composing on his axe due to his discovery of funk/rock pioneers ...namely Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Prince & Funkadelic... but his dad's jazz fusion albums is what sent him into the jazz genre. By him discovering that there is freedom in contemporary, jazz is what blessed him. Jazz is a storyteller just like the afrocentric music of his ancestors...he ran away with it naturally & spiritually.
Magi Records recording artist Keith Williams a.k.a.. Acidjaz has had International success with his last project "Soulful Ocean". In Campaloon, Canada, the CD placed on two top10 charts .. # 4 for Top 10 Jazz CD and # 7 on the top 10 Electronic CD chart. The CD also received extensive airplay and critical praise in the USA, France, Australia and Japan.
