Frank Collo was born on June 23rd in Staten Island NY. He attended St. Rochs grammar schohol from grades 1 thru 8. When he was 10 years old, he heard his first Beatle song. Two weeks later he picked up his first guitar and his life has never been the same. At 15 he heard his first Zepplin album. On his 16th birthday he was given a Gibson Les Paul guitar and Jimmy Page became his teacher. So he took what he learned from the Beatles about song writing, orchestration, melodic vocals and harmonies and combined it with a Jimmy Page style guitar and his music started to come to life. He thought he would of had a hard time combining the two styles together but in the end it wasn't as difficult as he thought. He got married at 28 years old and had a son, and was divorced two years later. He continued playing and writing music with various people and then decided to do something on his own and that album became One Soul. The name One Soul comes from the bond between himself, his dog Pharoah (who died two years before the album was released) and his horse Hampton who he still rides all the time . Three living beings with one soul.
