Swedish garage punk band Apa State Mental is back with their second release
on their own label The Almighty Kong. The follow-up to 2007âs self-titled debut is called
âThe Reunited Heavy Metal States of Apa State Mentalâ and features twenty tracks in just over
half an hour, keeping it short and sweet. The release is also available on vinyl.
2008 saw the band play a number of shows in Sweden, songs from the debut were featured
on a lot of American podcasts such as Burrito Electrico, Blaqart Radio and Rock N Roll Geek Show
and the track âYou Wannaâ finished in the top five on PunkRadioCastâs Top 40 Countdown
