Aries- conscious, underground hip hop artist born and raised on the west coast. Grew up in a large family of low-income but one of great creativity and intellect. Fond of music at an early age, dancing and listening to his parents play classics such as the beatles, hendrix, buddy holly, CCW, etc. Started taking his hip hop career seriously when he moved to Portland, OR and met with artist/producer X-KID. Ever since, Aries has been working long hours in the studio, performing live across the country and collaborating with numerous artists. "Prophets & Prodigies" is his first solo release, having been featured on the "Flaveworld" mixtape and appearing in music videos such as "Firefight" a single from the album and "Gansta of Love" a single from X-KID's solo project. Aries has graced the stage with: Alpha p, Sleep (of Old Dominion), DJ Chill, the Pirate Signal, the LifeSavas, the Bayliens, DJ Inform, the Sociables, Darrel Pounds, Snow White tha Product,and many more....
