This amazing lullaby CD happened as a result of me asking myself what my passions in life are. The answer: God, children, and music. I had no idea He wanted me to be a song writer and make a CD, but thatâs what He did with me! The world now has 3 NEW ORIGINAL LULLABIES! And now, a beautiful lullaby CD âLullabies for Lilâ Christiansâ is here to bless you and your little ones with beautiful songs to bring peace, joy â and sleep. It includes 3 new songs, plus favorites, such as "Jesus Loves Me", "Brahms' Lullaby" and "Ave Maria". All featuring the beautiful, rich vocals of Christy Suggett.
When my second daughter was born, I wrote the music to âBabies Wonât Keepâ. A sweet, beautiful little lullaby. Then, when I became the Executive Producer of Whispering Angels, LLC, He sent me other wonderful lullabies, such as âWhispering Angelsâ, our title track, and âMy Little Bundleâ.
âWhispering Angelsâ is a song derived from a poem âBabyâ written in 1871, about a mother asking her child how God made her baby so wonderful, and her childâs sweet responses. The call and response between the mother and the child vocals are precious! When writing âMy Little Bundleâ, I wanted to capture the love and joy of a mother holding and rocking her baby. I have such warm, joyful memories of those special moments. Both songs have brought heart-warming tears to momâs eyes while listening.

All the songs were made sweet and beautiful by the musical genius of my talented producers and musicians, Bill Cabrera and Matthew Ellias. When making the CD âLullabies for Lilâ Christiansâ, my team had three things in mind: God, all the sweet babies and children, and their mommies and daddies. This is a lullaby CD momâs and dadâs will enjoy, even the 100th time at 2 a.m. in the morning. The music is beautiful, created and performed live by talented musicians. So soft and soothing, it even put my type A self to sleep! Two more are currently in the works, so stay tuned!
