Iron Clad is a group of Christian hip hop artists whose sole purpose is their soul purpose ⦠to glorify God. As a band of four following The Great Commission of Christ, we are honoured to focus our ministry on outreach for the building of His kingdom.
While engaged in an ever-present battle of good versus evil, weâre forever trusting God for the strength, perseverance, and determination to fulfil our purpose. Our mission is to see that every member of God's creation has the opportunity to choose. Through our ministry of hip hop music, we have been blessed to bring the Gospel to many for the very first time, and have marvelled at the hand of God as weâve watched lives transformed right before our eyes.
Never would we have imagined the impact our music would have on so many, but thatâs what God can do. Through our musical presentation and what we like to call âthe implementation of scripture mixed with real life experiences,â God allows us to reach all walks of life. The lyrics tend to captivate the older generation, while everything else grabs the attention of the youth. Our primary focus as a Christian hip hop group is to remain pure and deeply rooted in the word of God. While we hope to use our music to penetrate even the darkest caverns, we also aim to challenge existing Christians to think seriously about their own walks. It is quite a unique perspective to educate unbelievers about Christianity, while at the same time teaching Christians about the other side of the tracks and the importance of their choices.
As hip hop artists, we realize there is a certain level of respect that comes with being on-stage performers. We need to keep our prayers focused on our ministry and on being all that God has called us to be. We would pray that all else would fall by the wayside. We need to constantly remind ourselves that we are doing this for God, not for ourselves ⦠for His glory, not ours. We are tools at His disposal to be used to deliver the greatest message of all time ⦠The Mighty Word of God.
Iron Clad is a force to be reckoned with, fully committed to the furtherance of Godâs kingdom. We intend to rock the nation with our music in more ways than one. As God keeps opening doors for us, we will persevere to walk through those doors, seeking His direction, keeping a clear mind and an open heart every step of the way.

As the world continues to fall, we believe that Christians have a responsibility to educate and lead the next generation towards the kingdom of God. Everywhere we look, we see people wandering aimlessly, searching for truth. Itâs the natural process of a human being to seek the meaning behind this fragile life, hoping and dreaming that we donât just live to die. More often than not, people feel that religion is a joke, a waste of time, or simply too heavy of a burden to bear.

Iron Clad is a group of Christian hip hop artists whose sole purpose is their soul purpose ⦠to glorify God. Our goal is not to simply entertain, but to maintain the Christian faith and open doors for those who seek Him. Iron Clad is on a mission. We are loyal, honourable servants of God. Our mission is to break the barricades many people build around their hearts and attempt to penetrate their souls with what we believe is the Last Great Hope of our times ⦠âmusic.â Music is serenity to the human soul. There is a style of music to fit every emotion humanly possible.

My name is Taj â Till All are Justified â lead lyricist of Iron Clad. When I became a Christian, there came a point in my life where I had to make a decision ⦠to stop listening to secular hip hop music. Well, it didnât work! I tried listening to Christian hip hop, but there was something missing ⦠flavour! And so, it was then that I decided to make my own music. Through that process, I witnessed a light, and sensed a genuine gift from God. This was to be my opportunity to extend my evangelism to where my heart wanted to work most.

I feel I truly understand non-believers and their views of Christ. The word pattern in my lyrics and my execution bring the same flavour as secular hip hop, but they are biblically tailored and rooted completely in Christ.

When dealing with hip hop music, delivery is the key, and word flow is crucial. Together with my partner, DJ Iceman, we have been blessed to bring the Gospel to many for the very first time, and have marvelled at the hand of God as weâve watched lives transformed right before our eyes. All we can do is thank Jesus for giving us this opportunity to reach the âunreachablesâ.

Through our music, we speak up and speak out against issues that many would choose never to deal with, issues crucially important for the survival of todayâs youth such as relationships, sex, pornography, government, suicide, history, theology, guns & weapons
