Post Method is a three piece rock band which draws upon the divergent musical tastes of its members. Their debut album pulls from many different genres of music, and though the styles of individual tracks might differ greatly from one another, they are strung together by the band's own distinctive flavor.

The album transitions from faster paced, hard rock tunes (such as "Disclosure," "JoJo Head," and "Almost Burned the House Down") to a more laid back, blues-inspired sound with "I Found You" and "Biding Time." The poignant acoustic ballad "Can't Be True" plays before a sudden turn-around into the realm of whimsical pop-punk with "Pink Skirt" and "Ethan Frome." The album continues this upbeat tone with the final song, "Sugar Shaker," which uses cutting guitar solos over a standard blues progression to make a number that really moves. Truly, this album contains something for everyone.
