I would like to explain how I came about creating this CD.... There was a time in my life when I âhit the wallâ - when my life completely fell apart: I had to deal with divorce, separation from my children, financial ruin. I couldnât build up the will to play music any more, & music was such a large part of my life. I'd had two heart attacks, chronic lower back pain caused by a severe bulging disk and disk fracture and because of my ill health, I couldnât work.

Look, Iâm not proud to say this but there were truly times when I didnât care if I lived or died. There was one thing that stopped me from taking any drastic steps and that was the love and responsibility that I felt for my children. Because of my love for my children, I realised there was only one thing to do and that was to pick myself up by the bootstraps.

So, I started on a quest to change my life around. I read every self-help book I could lay my hands on. I just went for it, looking for answers, and after.... I really donât know how many books, videos, DVDâs and seminars.... I realised something: they were all basically saying the same things.... things I already knew.... things that you most probably know as well.... things we all experience & have to deal with in every day life. Itâs not rocket science, no long mathematical formulas on a board.

So, Iâm going to share with you stuff that at least in part, you may already know and I make no apologies for this because at times, we all need to remind ourselves of the obvious so that we can get more out of life.... and have better relationships with our partners, parents, children, our friends, workmates, employees, & even ourselves. Thatâs why I wrote this CD to help people foster self-confidence & personal growth.
