ROCK: Funk Rock, JAZZ: Jazz Fusion

Details:
Jackson Holeâs own Global Review is proud to announce the release of their debut studio disc, âTranscend,â an eleven-track collection of original songs that embraces a multitude of styles including rock, jazz-fusion, reggae, funk-groove and singer-songwriter tunes, all tucked into thoughtful arrangements. Global Review formed in 2002, keeping area venues lively with positive energy and a focus on original material.

The tunes on the âTranscendâ were written during 2001-2004 by guitarist/vocalist Aaron Davis, with exception to instrumental âWindy Grass,â composed by bassist Justin Fantl. The lyricism is as eclectic as the sound, touching on active life in the mountains, world travel, politics, and reflection.

Global Review is:
Aaron Davis â guitars / vocals
Justin Fantl â bass
Jason Fritts â baritone & alto saxophone
Brad Jezek â drums
Matt Kramer â piano, organ, synthesizer, clavinet

Guest players: Janie OâShei â alto flute on Sierra and flute on Windy Grass & Cinque da Terre; Sarah Geigel â supporting vocals on Soul Stepper and Wanna Leave What I Got; Barry Lewis â percussion on Bolivian Gangsta

Produced by: Aaron Davis & Marshall Davis, Recorded by: Marshall Davis, Double Wide Studios, Jackson, WY. Mastered by David Glasser, Airshow Studio, Boulder, CO.

CDs are available at Mountunes and Main Event in Jackson, and at Big Hole Music in Driggs. CDs will also be available online in the coming weeks at Amazon.com, Target.com, Cdbaby.com, Tower.com and iTunes.

Also noteworthy: Global Review was invited to open for Willie Nelson at Snow King Amphitheatre on Labor Day 2005, and was the official touring band for the 2005 & 2006 Pedigree International Stage Stop Sled Dog Race.

Enjoy the tunes!!
