" million mile truck driver " and proclaim that status by your veteran peers once you have earned it . Thirteen years in the transportation industry as a truck driver and well over 1.3 million miles under his belt has been well earned and deserved by this truck driving / entertainer .
The past few years have been non other then hard earned and much deserved for this truck driving , singing sensation . His musical pursuits to date have earned GM the opportunity to open for such major label recording artists such as Ricochet, Jim Witter, Michelle Wright, Mark Chesnutt and was twice invited to perform with recording artist Tracy Byrd at the GATS Great American Truck Show in Dallas, Texas also with recording artist Doug Stone in 2003 at the GATS. It wasn't long after did GM get invited to perform at a the opening tailgate party for Brooks and Dunn's Neon Circus tour in Hamilton, Ontario and in September 2003, GM was given the honor with being asked to perform at another tailgate opening function for the corporation HECFI for the "World Kick Off Tour for Shania Twain " . Since then , GM has performed live at various truck and horse shows across Canada and the United States of America.
It doesn't stop there : GM is also the official driver spokesperson for IdleAire Technologies in Knoxville, Tennessee since 2001. IdleAire Technologies has to its credit won numerous environmental recognitions for their public duty of being recognized for its reputation for providing cost-effective quietness and environmentally friendly cleaner air.
Also, a new and growing company called Tenn-Line Inc. out of Memphis , Tennessee has taken serious interest in GM Paterson to promote not only their new and emerging line of trucks on the road but has seriously taken vested interest in promoting and furthering music media awareness and presentation of GM Paterson the artist and his music.
The presense of GM 's trailer size long graphic logo and website including that of Tenn-Line Inc. is fast becoming a very talked about company with their unique singing , trucker, songwriter GM Paterson .
