Valinda Love was born in Chicago, Illinois, but her mother is from Liberia (West Africa) and her father is from Sierra Leone which is a neighboring country in West Africa. Valinda grew up singing gospel and has been singing in front of a live audience/congregation since the age of 8.

Valinda is a singer, songwriter, model and fashion designer. God has blessed her with many talents. She is currently working and collaborating with producers on her debut album entitled âInspirationâ. The album will have an array of R&B club banging tracks, Neo soul, and Jazz. She is a songwriter who enjoys writing songs with deep meaning and strong messages. Valinda admires other artists whose songs reflect messages that people can relate to and understand.

She has experience as a spokes model/host. Valinda has worked on the local video show âRhythmsâ in San Diego where she interviewed various recording artists, celebrities, and actors. Valinda is also a professional model and has been featured in the 2006 and 2007 Jamaicaâs Smooth Girl magazine. Valinda was the cover girl for the calendar issue of Image and Stylez magazine. Her modeling experience includes runway, print work as well as promotional modeling.
