"The Ghost Of Clyde & Checkers" is written about Denver's own favorite Italian
Family that handled all the business during prohibition from the 20's threw the 60's.. The song takes place during prohibition when people would drive their Model A Fords from Denver to "Black Hawk And Central City" to gamble, drink and just have some fun...

This song is a great blues rocker in the vain of Mark Knopkler and John Fogerty!!

"Jilly Ann" is just typical, awesome, acoustic Hank & The Hankstirs.. Written very much and sounding very much in the Nick Nrake vein of music, lyrics and flow..
