Waxstarz & Thewz was created when UBWA and Ophim (The Waxstarz) sent Thewz a beat over Myspace to do one song. That song was "Music For You." From there UBWA and Ophim sent more beats and Thewz continued making more songs until the three of them decided to make an album and form a group, Waxstarz & Thewz.

This album is the debut album from Waxstarz & Thewz and it features eleven new songs from the trio. It features Epiphany Blue and Lemakizar along with an appearance on the mic by Ophim.
