Maeve is a collaboration of three individual artists - Courtney Reid, Rachel Taylor and Rollyn Zoubek - blending together their own distinct voices and styles to create a cohesive sound rich with harmony reminiscent of the Indigo Girls and Crosby, Stills and Nash. Recorded in Kansas City and produced by Don Chaffer, "Whatever Befall" is maeve's 3rd recording. The record includes nine original songs and one cover of the old Irish hymn "Be Thou My Vision", from which includes the lyric that named the album. The songs are a serendipitous blend of acoustic pop, gospel and folk with Americana touches.
