Details:
Scott Bradoka is on a mission to restore instrumental music to its rightful glory. Scottâs latest release, Live and Loose, was called the âBest Live Guitar Fusion Album of 2003â by 20th Century Guitar magazine. The CD features many songs from Scottâs previous albums including his critically acclaimed 2003 studio effort, Create Your Own Reality, which was produced and co-written with Eric Bazilian (Grammy nominated songwriter, Joan Osborne, the Hooters) and features a guest appearance on guitar by Jeff Golub (Rod Stewart, Billy Squier).
Supertramp guitarist, Carl Verheyen, produced Scottâs first two jazz-fusion releases, his debut Without Words (1994), and his sophomore, Swamp Party (1997). Both releases were well received by press and fans alike and earned him an even greater respect among his peers. The release of Pulse in 2000 saw Scottâs transition to the smooth jazz genre as produced by keyboardist Tim Redfield and studio guitarist Richard Smith (Richard Elliot, Dan Siegal).
Scott has toured extensively with his own band, The Staggering Evil Geniuses, and also as a member of Eric Bazilianâs solo band. In July â05, he opened the German leg of Lee Ritenourâs European tour. Most recently, Scott has co-produced a track for ex-Sheryl Crow guitarist Todd Wolfe, co-produced a Mel-Bay instructional drum CD with Scott Williams, co-produced and guested on the Evan Hall Bandâs debut CD, Four Fried Chickens And A Coke. Scott can also be heard as a writer, player and producer on jazz vocalist Douglas Powellâs CD, Just Listen.
He is a member of Taylor Guitarsâ artist program, and an endorsee of Rocktron, Seymour Duncan, B-Band, SIT, and Axsak products. Scott was also included in Tune-Up Magazineâs âTop 20 Guitar Recordings of 1997â and Sidewalk Entertainmentâs âBest of ââ¬Ë97â list. Scott was voted âBest Jazz/Blues Guitarist of ââ¬Ë99â by San Francisco radio station KOFX. Scott was appeared in the October â98 issue of Guitar World article featuring independent artists and in the Polish guitar magazine Gitara i Bas.
