Band Called Catch. How does one describe them? They are a Band, to be sure. They are Called Catch, by some. They are called Band Called Catch by the more informed. Their music is a cross between a scalp massage and six (6) to eight (8) cans of red bull. "...this" new EPâ¦ah, well that needs greater description. Verbiage is called for!

Imagine, if you will, if you can, a Tyrannosaurus Rex. A T-Rex wearing sunglasses surfing the biggest wave you ever did see. As he surfs a bald eagle flies over his head, and in a display of otherworldly perfection releases the contents of a dozen pixie stixs⢠directly into the gaping maw of the prehistoric beast. They nod at each other, and then, impossibly, terrifyingly, they both look at you as the T-Rex flashes you the âhang looseâ gesture.

The band is Tim Frank (vocals/guitar) former circus child-star until a cannonball mishap in 1994; Blake Wells (bass) a judge at the annual "Little People, Big Words: Spelling Bee for Dwarfs" competition; Eli P. (drums) who thinks underwear is unnecessary since no one sees it in the first place; Jessica Lyons (back-up vocals) who denies the existence of Wyoming; and Doug Waxman (lead guitar) who got fired from The Gap for not washing his hands after eating an entire bag of Doritos for lunch.
