Jason Malloy is a rare breed of beast! He's a passionate singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who lives in Winnipeg, Canada. And it's there he writes, sequences, records, mixes and masters his super catchy blend of 80âs New Wave synth pop and modern Alternative Rock.

With influences as vast as the Doors, David Bowie, Leonard Cohen, Joy Division, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Echo and the Bunnymen, Depeche Mode, Pixies, Nine Inch Nails, Pulp, the Strokes, Muse, the Dandy Warhols, the Killers and the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, chances are good Jason Malloy's music will strike a chord with you.

Jason's a natural born performer. He's also an actor who, to date, has had lead roles in three feature-length films, and starred in two television shows. The first, Falcon Beach, aired on ABC and assorted stations around the world. He just finished filming the Canadian television show Less Than Kind where he played the character Benny. Less Than Kind was written and produced by Saturday Night Live and Kids In the Hall alumnist Mark McKinney.

Not much is known about Jason because he's a very private person and thinks we live in a day and age where technology's made Mystery an endangered species. But one thing's for sure - with songs as strong as Jason Malloyâs, he doesn't need to speak about them!
