These meditations can give one the ability to look at any given issue with more patience and understanding; the feeling of being more conscious, easeful, and calm. Sometimes all it takes is a simple step of getting out of one's way to allow this to happen.

The roots for this CD grew out of Tony LeRoy's regularly held Embracing Your Future Self workshops. These meditations can be used to augment the work learned in the workshop or for one's independent meditation practice.

The language for these meditations is purposely kept very simple. Although guided, the meditations are designed to provide a forum for the listener to be able to have their own experience. The music, language and tempo are meant to assist the listener to go at his or her own pace. It is important to take your time with each track. Keep a journal with you so you can write down any thoughts or feelings that may come up for you.

About the artist:

Tony LeRoy has been giving intuitive/psychic counseling sessions for over seventeen years. He was drawn at an early age to the life and legacy of Edgar Cayce and first became aware of his own psychic abilities in adolescence.
