I have enjoyed singing since I was four years old. In church, the adults would have a singing card. They wouldn't give me one since I could not read, so I cut an article out of the newspaper and used that.

Over the years I had many music lessons. I have also done a lot of cantoring at church. Each opportunity to sing has given me more expertise in the music field.

My career took off when I answered an ad in the newspaper asking singers and songwriters to come to Nashville. I went down and got to sing on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. This led to two albums, two songs in a movie and various other recording engagements. I have also sung at Billy Bob's in Fort Worth, Texas and The New Frontier in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Don Reed of Affinity Music has done a lot to further my career. I have accomplished things in the music area that I never dreamed possible.

This is all due to the talent that God gave me.
