A Stork Club Hat-Check girl (Hutton), sunbathing at the lakeside saves the life of a drowning man (Frizgerald). He wants to reward her for saving his life but doesn't want her to know that it came from him, she doesn't know that he's very wealthy. He gives her a Bank account, a Luxury Apartment and a Department Store charge card. When her Boyfriend comes back from overseas, she has a hard time explaining her sudden wealth. A Romantic, Comedy, Musical (Her Stage performances at the Stork Club).
