A portion of private land within the geographic borders of a county or township and being more particularly described as being a part of the acreage conveyed to and granted for the holder of the Land Patent, and his heirs or assigns forever, and relinquishing to the land patent holder and his heirs or assigns forever, all right and title in and to said land heretofore, held and possessed by said state, and with said private land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follow:
