Blue Lightning is a Portland-based folk-rock band with a violin lead. The group's refreshing originals run the gamut from haunting to buoyant, and their innovative renditions of covers span a variety of musical styles, including elements of rockabilly, jazz, klezmer, and blues.

Their unique violin-driven sound, along with the passion and energy they bring to their performances, are luring fans across the board.
