9 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Folk Rock, FOLK: Folk Blues
Details:
Roots in 60´s pop and r&b with influences beyond.
After years with bands and poets, rock, folk, cabaret, country and blues E.B. has released his first solo album.
"...musical and intelligent" S.Charters, producer, author etc.
"Heartfelt songs" H.Werner, musician, Beatles collector, author.
"...amazing lyrics" J.Kaplan.
Some bio:
"Was just a small town in 1959... You could still buy your small beer from a wagon drawn by horses. I was eight then, with a burning million in my pocket. Moving to the city in my teens opened a few gates. There were the theatres, the art and the music scene! I got my share of the local limelight, even went to art school and I was 20 and I "has to find some means of livelyhood...", it just went on..."
Some inspiration:
DAVID LINDLEY: "Weird combinations."
GEORGE HARRISON: "Melancholy, melodic and rich."
ROBERT JOHNSON: "He could capture a novel in a line!"
ANTOINE DE SAINT-EXUPERY: "Nightflights, surreal"
"And Turner´s TRIUMPH Speed Twin. Beautiful bike, fast (for its time) and reliable."
Anyone out there with a mutual love? Let E.B. hear from you!
