If you like your Blues Music laden with rock and attitude be sure to jump off at Bluesville Station. The quartet has been doing itâs thing for a large and loyal fan base all over Australia
Founded by âstation masterâ Brad Palmer (vocals, harmonica, guitar) in 2001, and featuring Paul Holmberg (drums), Mark Buhmann (guitar) and Jon Coote (bass). The quiet achievers of rock and blues music administer their unique brand of stompinâ songs with power and passion. The year 2005 proved to be one of the most exciting yet for the lads at the station.
Following over 50 performances in 2004, the 2005 year didnât allow the station hands a rest with the band holding down residencies at the Lennox Point Hotel, Brisbaneâs Treasury Casino, Currumbin, Palm Beach and Tallebudgera Surf Clubs. They played Conrad Jupiterâs as part of 2005âs Blues on Broadbeach festival and performed three shows in front of very enthusiastic crowds at the Gympie Muster.
With the recent release of their 3rd album, âCastlemaine Sessionsâ, the Bluesville jugernaught is set to continue itâs rompinâ and stompinâ way through 2006.
âWe love this band â says Julie Rogers from Palmwood âthere original and fun to watchâ ,âYeah, they really blow â says Julies son Zane.
New Album Ready for Release.
The long awaited third album is now ready for release and the 10 track recording is indeed another rocker.
