Thank you for your purchase of the Motorola Unlock and Unbrand software.
The file is in .zip format so you will need to use a file compression manager like WinZIP to extract the files once you download. If you do not have any installed on your computer, you can go to www.winzip.com and download a free trial version.
Once you extract the files to a folder you specify on your hard drive, go to that folder and open the Instructions.html file. Follow the directions step by step to unlock and unbrand your phone.
