âWhen your mother and her seven siblings are singers, chances are you will be a singer too,â explains Will. Trying to keep up with the adults, Big Will often harmonized with family members during family gatherings as a young child. By the fifth grade the local choir director had bestowed upon him the nickname, âLittle Luther.â Quite fitting for a young creator of song who grew up emulating the likes of Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaye, and Michael Jackson. Big Will honed his skills even more through seven years of classical training at Emerson School of Performing Arts.
All you got to do is Singâ¦
Stepping on stage, he brings it! Grabbing the mic, he controls it! From the first note, he owns it! Big Willâs smooth, mellow ballads will relax you, allowing the listener to identify feelings and believe in music as a true romantic art form. But donât get to relaxed. Big Willâs falsetto range has been known to emotionally charge his audience, resulting in women bursting into tears.
On the party tip, his beats make heads bounce and crowds groove. Big Will may consider himself your everyday guy, but you definitely wonât find talent like his everyday.
