Bending Spoon was formed in early December of 2005. With former frontman and vocalist David Crozier of the band Honeywell as the main force behind the band. Although band mates seem to come and go Crozier has still proven to be quite a force. With the ups and downs of a typical band, Bending Spoon has continued to press on. With the help of myspace the band began to reach fans further than they had ever expected. Now only a few months later the band has managed to achieve fans in all 50 states then expanded to cover more than 40 countries worldwide. With their almost overnight popularity rise they managed to pull the interest of several independent labels and even managed to pull the attention of Epic Records talent scouts. Featured in a few less than popular magazines and newsletters Crozier pushed on. Getting in touch with Music Connection magazine Crozier managed to land the band a spot in there April 15th edition of there magazine. Much hot air has surrounded Bending Spoon very quickly. Their soft clean melodic chorus entwined with their pedal stomping distorted chorus lines have been compared to the sounds of the early 90's music, but with a modern twist. As far as what the band considers there music to be Crozier says We play the way we play because that is what comes out of us, and I sound the way I sound because that is the only way I can sing. Our music is not for everyone, but for those who get the message it is everything.
