International Recording Artist Athen makes her living forming art through the composition of sounds and rhythms that, when put together, create a free-form musical painting that can be seen by the ear and transposed into the imagination of the listener. She hopes that her compositions, styles, and ideas will open up the publics' mind to different forms of music and emotion and draw them away, if only for the moment, from the humdrum copycat style of music that has so long reigned in societies.

Without concept of Time is her second album. Released in 2006, it is a fun story filled with the sounds and melodies of life in a turbulent time.
