Some of my larger manuals are in a .exe format, Mac customers will need a free program like stuffit to open it. PC customers will not need any programs other than Adobe reader to open the manual.

for PC customers with the large .exe files, once your manual is downloaded double click the manual icon and click yes until it says the file has been unzipped. Your manual was unzipped to your C drive in a folder called Service Manual, to get there double click on my computer, then your C drive, double click on the service manual folder. click on the welcome, start or start here icon & your manual will open.
