ANNYA BELL, is a dynamic Poetess/Vocalist, who blends her poetry with the electrifying rhythms of Master Percussionist, Chuck McPherson. This poetry CD was conceived by ANNYA, inspired by the late Horace Tapscott, and CHUCK McPHERSON.

ANNYA BELL has performed as a vocalist and poetess on the international circuit in Amsterdam and Paris. She received the Editor's Choice Award from the International Library of Poetry, for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry, for the years 2003, 2004, 2005. She was published in the book, THE BEST POEMS AND POETS OF 2005, by the International Library of Poetry. ANNYA continues to feature other poets on her COMCAST CABLE TV Show, JAZZ & POETRY IN MOTION, in Hollywood and Los Angeles. She continues to perform her music and poetry at various venues in Southern California, Northern California, New York and Europe. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Pacificus Literary Foundation in Hollywood, California.
