Andrew Penner is a singer-songwriter from Toronto, Ontario, CANADA. His style of old slide country blues crossed with independent rock has been quickly making him a name in Canada's music scene. His first album, "Mersea", named after the rural township he grew up in outside of Leamington, Ontario, south of Windsor, was just released this past November. "he rips it up, singing and stroking his guitar like a dark angel begging for redemption. You won't find an act like him anywhere in this city."
