From the artist -
After recording my first CD entitled First Dance (an album filled with songs of more up-tempo, technical piano music), I felt the music that I wanted to write for my second album had to be a change of pace. Combine this with the many requests I have received for more lullaby-type, relaxation music, and Close Your Eyes was created. Written mostly at night in front of the fireplace during the long Wisconsin winter, this CD is a reflection of my favorite time to create music, and inspired by a time in life when things were much simpler. Enjoy - there are more to come.
