Wow, what a wonderful experience it was making this recording! Our goal was to create some Spirit born musical landscapes by which the worshipers could sing melodic prayers and spontaneous praise upon.  We believe it worked! Serenity is the second installment of the Harvest Sound Devotional Series and it certainly felt like we went to a new dimension in the Spirit realm. Our purpose for this devotional collection is to make an audio experience that would inspire and enhance individuals' quiet time and their relationship with God.

In doing this project our purpose was to create instrumental music that would stimulate prayer, praise, and contemplation, during Bible study, that would draw people closer to the Lord. In this recording, we did some experimentation with new sounds and textures that were more electronically generated, which took us into new and very special places. 

This is the second recording coming from the Thunder School students. It was truly amazing to see and hear what spontaneously flowed out of the hearts and hands of these young worshipers.  I pray that it will be as much of a blessing to you as it has been for us. I thought no CD could top "Tranquility" for time with the Father, until I started listening to "Serenity." It is definitely my new favorite. I play it in my classroom before school, after school, and between classes. It really ushers in the presence of the Holy Spirit and has a calming effect on everyone who enters the room. My personal favorite on the CD would have to be "Rest," but I enjoy all of the songs. I like the variety of styles and the incorporation of instrumental songs. I love it!!!
