My name is Daniel Bushrah Sesay and I was born and raised in Freetown, Sierra Leone in West Africa. I came to the USA in 1994 to study music at the Colorado Christian University. I graduated with a degree in Music Ministry in 1998.
While in Sierra Leone, I did a lot of music in our home church. I was involved in leading worship, directing a choir and traveling with a band of guys in and around Sierra Leone. We also had the opportunity to go to Ghana, The Gambia and eventually to the USA for a total of 9 months. We toured under the auspices of Youth For Christ International Africa.
I am now a Pastor of Worship at Applewood Community Church in Golden, Colorado. I am married to Erica and we have two girls: Keisha and Cierra.
