Details:
'English Ghosts' is the debut album from Konchordat; a neo-progressive /symphonic rock project hailing from Kent in the South East of England, who draw on diverse influences to create a sound that embodies all that is good about progressive rock. Led by mainstays, Lee Harding, Steve Cork and Stuart Martin, and utilising the skills of guest artists, the sound is majestic and bold, and often epic in scale.
Nick Magnus ( ex Steve Hackett band) mastered the album.
This album is 62 minutes of emotional epic prog in the 'English' tradition and includes the tracks 'Motion', 'Consequences' and the 'stately' title track - the 19 minute epic - 'English Ghosts'.
" Overblown and wonderful - it's prog rock at its best" - review by Peter Barnett in The Thanet Extra.
7/10 - review by Geoff Barton in Classic Rock Magazine, February 2010.
Konchordat have âundoubted ability to create magnificent, stately, monumental momentsââ¦The title track âhighlights the scale and imagination behind their brave ambition. English Ghosts is a triumph of an album that has arrived atop a recent rich spell of some of the best progressive rock albums from the UKâ¦â
