Muggs and the gang are fed up with all the muggings that have been happening on their block and giving their neighborhood a bad rap and decide to take matters into their own hands. They stop a mugging and are befriended by the wealthy man who invites them over to his house to reward them. While there Muggs thinks that the mans son had something to do with the muggings. They try to make the million dollar kid come around to their way of thinking.
