David started writing orginal worship songs for the college group at North Phoenix Baptist Church in 2003 where he led the music. He was influenced by life experiences and the Passion worship movement and continued writing and sharing his songs with the college community. 'Overflow' is a manifestation of years of writing and tinkering. David continues to write music for the Young Adult community also known as 'Crash'at the same church and feels God has called him to spend his life helping others experience God through music.
