"When I" was the debut single of Devotion on the jamboe Entertainment imprint. It solidified the group as a mainstay in the "Asian American Music Scene" and lamenated their Soulful Pop sound through this hit ballad.
Originally, formed as an A Capella group, this CD single captures some of that magic with a special A Capella rendition of the song "When I".
It was the single that started it all for Devotion becoming a top seller in the Northern California region even though the group was based in Southern California.
The "When I" CD single contains the original album mix, the a capella rendition, a remix version set to a more uptempo beat, and the remix instrumental.
