The Colorado-based Dewey Decibel System band features regular rotating band members Aylon Baru, Mike "Spanky" McCluer, Mike Studeny, Ryan Zimmerman, Scott Bruggeman, and the legendary percussionist Jose' Rossy (formerly of Weather Report, the Talking Heads, Patti LaBelle, Robert Palmer, Power Station, Sonia Dada).
Henry's Groove Collective is Dewey Decibel System's fifth CD release and first compilation CD. This best-of collection featuring many amazing musicians from the legendary Jose' Rossy to Polytoxic's CR Gruver, New Orleans' Chris Mule' and many others.
Dewey Paul Moffitt, 34, is a full-time audio engineer for Kroenke Sports Enterprises at Pepsi Center in Denver. In the past, he was a festival director for Performance International (LODO Music Festival, Blues & Bones); a touring audio engineer; a concert promoter in Gainesville, Florida; got his start in the business at age 19 setting up dressing rooms for the Grateful Dead with legendary San Francisco promoter Bill Graham; a musician since the age of 9.
